4 of Glasgow's finest and innovative producers grace the TRONIC stage this month. It will be a night filled with dark beats, pop fuelled electronica from techno and glitch to dubstep.

You can listen to the artists we have for you over at our exclusive Soundcloud Promo group -

Rudi Zygadlo - Very Special Guest

He is not your straight forward electronic musician. Being described as Dubstep does not fully explain the sound that this producer has created. The comparisons to artists like Frank Zappa seem to make a lot more sense with his constantly evolving almost chaotic tunes . The electronic music he creates mixes in dubstep, funk, pop, electronic and rock which creates an amazing melting pot of sounds for his music. Signed to the mighty Planet Mu records he recently released his first album The Great Western Laymen to some great reviews - "Zygadlo’s not just a pin-up pretty boy with floral fonts. He is the mastermind behind a captivating debut. The sheer amount of exploration between the celestial and gritty contained within this one album is astounding and you can’t help but buzz with excitement about where he is going to evolve to next." Dummymag. Zygadlo is currently residing in the techno capital of the world Berlin so we are very pleased to have him back in his home town of Glasgow and gracing the Tronic stage. Expect to hear some boundary pushing electronic pop music from Rudi Zygadlo on the night.

Galaxian

One mans musical crusade to bring reason to a society that is in the midst of collapse. As the world reserve currency crashes into obscurity leaving the rest of us fending for the scraps, Galaxian says it like it is, pounding out his Hi-Tek Funk, exposing that which has been hidden for so long. Recently you may have seen him play out at the likes of Scrabble and Edinburgh night Substance. He has also graced the good folk of  Leeds with his Hi-Tek music and has supported the likes of Placid and Oscar Mulero (Tresor). His style can be described as Industrial, Glitch, Hi-Tek Funk, Techno and all of the above. Its a mix that works in the clubs and also in the smaller venues. With releases on Transient Force and upcoming releases on Micron Audio Detroit. This Scottish producer has a bright future ahead. He will be one of our headlining acts down at TRONIC. We expect some twisted dark and glitchy techno from this audio genius.

Mitoma

This duo specialise in dark and glitchy electronica. Their music is a twisted ambient journey through the realms of experimental ambience. With other projects such as Nomina, Altered Carbon and Audiologist on their reportour, these Scottish producers are certainly audio pioneers and have no fear in exploring new sonic boundries. These guys are proving that electronic music can be beautiful and jagged, rythmically pulsating and gentle. Long time friends of TRONIC through their netlabel section 27, Mitoma have been due a spot on the TRONIC stage for some time now and we are only to happy to offer them the chance to showcase their unique take on electronica to our hungry TRONIC crowd.

Kid Robotik

Dj and live producer, Dubstep connoisseur, DnB artist, promoter. These are some of the words used to describe Kid Robotik. Dubstep is his thing but not your Borgore, Reso esq dubstep with whomping fat sawtooth lines cutting through your speakers. No, Kid Robotik goes for a much more deep approach and loves mashing up the wobble, using sub sonic bass along with glitched out leads and samples. Not only that, he likes to mash it up with DnB, Ragga and much more besides. This producer is already making a name for himself. With releases through our good friends over at Heartbeats Collective and recently selected as a nominee for Emmas Awards, up against the likes of Taz Buckfast, Akira Kiteshi and many more big names, this kid has single handedly made his presence felt. Please go amd vote for him now over at - http://www.wix.com/emmasawards/2011#! - Kid Robotik will be pounding it out at TRONIC with his mashed up take on all things dubstep and DnB. Its gonna be huge.
