Beanie Hats Off To One Of Glasgow's Finest

‘Beanie Hats off to one of Glasgow’s finest event mogul’s’

A little note to honour Thirteen years as Brendan O’Hare is stepping aside in his position at The 13^th Note.  Famed for drumming with Teenage Fanclub and for the tea cosy on his head, Brendan has always been a popular character who engineered at the venue and ran the events side of things there.

Around half way into his stint, Tronic came chapping on the Note’s door and the man was keen to give us a go. A chance that lead to over two years as residents and many a fine night, with the cult venue warming to what we had to offer as a live electronic outfit. Always open minded to all our ideas for which we are very much grateful.

Top drummer, top engineer, top bloke, the beanie in the basement will be missed and Tronic wish him all the best for the future and his newly chosen path.

Blast from the TRONIC past

We here at TRONIC like to remember some of the artists that have been with us from the start. Recently this artist has fallen silent, which is a shame as he is a good friend to us and a great producer.

TRONIC ft Herb Recordings - Tomorrow @ The 13th Note

The latest TRONIC is almost here, and what a brilliant night we have lined up.

Herb Recordings will be taking over the TRONIC stage tomorrow night with 3 of their top artists. Touted as the new Benbecula by some, this rapidly rising Glasgow label is already well on its way to fulfilling these aspirations. Just one look at the labels rosta confirms the breadth of talent they have secured over the last few years.
