Capitals to Rock Ness
Talk about grabbing the summer (or the slightly warmer wet season) by the scruff of the neck .
Headliners at Tronic's 5th birthday back at the start of the year (with a boast of proven wise words of next big thing from us) Capitals have announced an astoundingly busy schedule in the next month or so. Top of the festival news has to be playing the 'Sound City Stage' at Rockness (Saturday) this weekend. Scotland's more likable festival (than it's over sized rival), the band will be rubbing shoulders with the likes of The Chemical Brothers, Groove Armada, DJ Shadow, Andrew Weatherall, Simian Mobile Disco, Glasvegas and Paolo Nutini to name only a few.
Leading up to this on June 9th & 10th, creative minds will ascend on Inverness for Go North and Capitals will be involved here too. Dynamic Scottish talents showcased over the cities various venues. An opportunity to hear new sounds, check out the pod casts they have up and feast your ears on some of Scotland's best unsigned music.

As the band head south again, Aviemore will be next stop off with an appearance at Insider Festival on the Friday. We like the look of this up and coming musical gathering.

Good times. An adventure with a Capital 'A', festival season for the lads has well and truly kicked off and Tronic wish them all the best.
